Sarah is an ice cream aficionado with a passion for health and wellness. By day, she uses her powers in the Food Industry as a Product Developer of Bakery, Dessert and Cheese products. By night, she uses her powers for good in the fitness industry. A netball player and coach from way back – Sarah has a passion for incorporating functional training into everyday life. Her proudest fitness moments have been completing the Noosa Triathlon, coming 3rd Female at the Mount Buller Summit Run, doing her first unassisted pull ups and beating boys on the rower.

I think the Kettlebell best sums up my personality. I always like to have lots of things happening at once. Kettlebells are small and mighty – versatile, practical, dependable, easily transportable and come in either jet black or lots of bright colours – which also sums up my wardrobe!
