Group Training At Field & Function
Our training programs are centred around optimising human performance, we are inspired by a range of different fitness modalities. This means you’ll experience variety in your training to keep things interesting, yet consistent enough to enable continual progression in your training.
Put simply we deliver strength and conditioning training, our group fitness programs are designed to help you become stronger and fitter. The Field & Function Group Training model delivers personalised attention while also maintaining a motivating energy that comes from exercising in a group environment. The Group Training program operates 7 days a week.
Functional sessions operate on Monday, Wednesday & Friday (The Friday Friendly) and these are dynamic conditioning sessions that are guaranteed to move you.
Get Strong with us on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday. Slow down, lift heavy and build your strength. You’ll use barbells, plates the rig/squat rack, benches, sleds, landmines, dumb bells & more
SWEAT & BOXING
Boxing sessions are offered on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday to add variety to your conditioning workouts while Sweat on Saturday provides you with a 50/50 Cardio to Strength workout.

TRIAL GROUP TRAINING
Try 14 Days of Group Training for just $28. Sample a range of Strength and Conditioning training sessions while building a habit for regular exercise.
FUNCTIONAL BASICS $80
If you are a newcomer or a beginner we recommend you take up the “Functional Basics” sessions held on Monday and Wednesdays at 6.30pm. Uptake for these sessions is fortnightly.
3 X SPT SESSIONS $90
With a ratio of 3 clients to one trainer, Semi Private Training is our modelled of a PT session. You will do a 45 minute Strength and Conditioning workout in the PT Zone.
We use Myzone live heart rate tracking at Field & Function to elevate your experience.
MYZONE AT FIELD & FUNCTION
TRACK YOUR TRAINING
We use Myzone live heart rate technology in the studio so that you and the coaches can get real time feedback about your training zone. Myzone is the worlds leader in ANT+ technology and were proud to partner with this great Australian company.
GET SOCIAL WITH MYZONE
The free social app connects you to fellow members and your coaches where you can like and comment on each others workouts. The Myzone app acts as your personal workout archive where you can attach pictures of the workout program to the post workout data.
