THE FIELD & FUNCTION STYLE

 

Our Abbotsford training facility offers a range of group training sessions daily including Functional, HIIT, Accelerate, Boxing & Strength Training. This means you get to choose the workout you want to do rather than be guided into the routine that you’ll experience at franchise based group training facilities.

 

Group Training is capped at no more than 16 people which means you will get personalised attention while also being part of a buzzing group training atmosphere. Group Training at Field & Function operates from Monday to Sunday with more than 30 sessions on offer every week.
