Group Training At Field & Function

The Field & Function Group Training model delivers personalised attention while providing a motivating environment that ensures you’ll train harder at the field than you would do on your own. The Group Training program operates 7 days a week from Monday through to Sunday.

 

The Group Training program is centred around optimising your fitness and strength with dedicated strength training workouts and dynamic conditioning sessions. Our mission is to provide challenging workouts in a safe and welcoming environment. For newcomers, be assured that we can scale back the exercises to help you get through the workouts while you build your engine.

OUR PROGRAMS

FUNCTIONAL

 

Functional sessions operate every Monday, Wednesday & Friday. These are your fitness workouts. The 6 week cycle will see you through a mix of endurance, high intensity and challenge based sessions to provide you with a varied program within a structured routine.

STRONG

 

Get Strong with us on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday. A pure strength workout where we ask you to slow down, lift heavier and build your strength. You’ll use the heavy objects such as barbells, benches, plates the rig/squat racks, sleds, landmines, kettlebells dumb bells.

SWEAT & BOXING

Boxing sessions are offered on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday and is a great low impact fitness based workout. Sweat on Saturday provides you with a special hybrid workout that is equal parts Strength and Conditioning.

THE BASICS $125

 

Attend 2 x 45 minute sessions to learn the basics to prepare you for Group Training. Session 1: Barbell Basics Session 2: Functional basics.

3 X SPT $100

 

Sample 3 x Semi Private Training sessions for $100. With a ratio of  3 clients to 1 trainer, this is a PT style service.

TRACK YOUR TRAINING

We use Myzone live heart rate technology in the studio so that you and the coaches can get real time feedback about your training zone. Myzone is the worlds leader in ANT+ technology and were proud to partner with this great Australian company.

GET SOCIAL WITH MYZONE

The free social app connects you to fellow members and your coaches where you can like and comment on each others workouts. The Myzone app acts as your personal workout archive where you can attach pictures of the workout program to the post workout data.

TRIAL MYZONE FOR 30 DAYS

The Myzone app allows you to use Myzone for any extra curricular exercise you engage in outside of our walls. We offer a 30 day trial so that you can discover the technology for yourself and see why we rate it so much.
