Group Training At Field & Function

The Field & Function Group Training & Small Group model delivers personalised attention while also maintaining a motivating energy that comes from exercising in a group environment.

Our Group Training program is designed to help you get fitter and stronger with a range of 45 minute Functional & High Intensity classes & Small Group Training options which include 30 minute Boxing, Strength & Cardio sessions.

Group Training

Class sizes are capped at 10 people rather than 16 for the time being and all sessions are 45 minutes.
