First Session

Come comfortable in your favourite workout clothes: shorts or leggings with a tank or tee plus gym shoes.

Expect to work up a sweat, you can bring a sweat towel and a bottle so you can fill up with our filtered water.

If it’s your first time, we recommend getting to the studio 5-10 minutes before your first session, we have a quick form for you to complete. We’ll point you to the bathrooms and answer any questions you might have about your upcoming session.

Group Training

Injuries come in all shapes and sizes, some more serious than others. We will do our best to modify your workouts around any affected joint. It really depends on the nature and severity of your injury whether the group training is suitable for you. If you would like to email us (link email) with your injury concerns we will work out if you are ready to join a group training session.

We use Mind Body Software for your class bookings. Class bookings can be made by using the mobile app. We suggest you book in advance to your preferred group fitness sessions to avoid being waitlisted, direct debit members are able to book 30 days ahead giving you preference into your favourite sessions.

We ask for 12 hours notice, if you are using casual or pack visits you will lose your session, while there are no financial repercussions to direct debit members all we ask is that you cancel as soon as possible and we would prefer you to late cancel than to do a no show as this will allow us to move waitlisted people into the class.

Personal Training

We offer 30 or 45 minute Personal Training sessions. The duration of your session will be determined by your training goals and budget.

There is no one size fits all approach. How often you do PT depends on your needs and goals. We can chat about this face to face or over the phone if you would like to talk it through with an expert.

Yes. At your typical gym, you are having to load and unload weights by yourself and waiting to get on equipment. At F&F we provide an efficient workout with our setup.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your PT session, we ask for 12 hours notice, This is to protect our coach’s time. Earlier notice also helps us to potentially work a little magic and squeeze you into another time slot by shuffling around.
