SEMI PRIVATE TRAINING
Semi Private Training sessions are modelled of a regular 45 minute Personal Training session at Field & Function. In our dedicated PT zone 3 clients will train under the supervision and guidance of a Personal Trainer. SPT Sessions are planned and programmed by our Head Coach with the purpose of progressing your strength and fitness.
Yes, a Personal Training session is traditionally a 1 on 1 session. Over the years we’ve found that clients have a much greater demand for flexibility and frequency. The SPT model makes your training more affordable, enabling you to train more frequently or save a few dollars. The best bit, if you are a person with constantly varied work hours, you can change your sessions from week to week rather than book a set day and time every week.
WHAT IS SEMI PRIVATE TRAINING?
It is a 45 Minute Training Session with a capacity of 3 clients working under the guidance of 1 trainer. Similar to our COVID safe Group Training sessions, you will train in your own marked area with your own equipment for the duration of the session.
Just like a Personal Training session, your trainer will coach you through a mobility and activation based warm up, explain your workout/s, will guide and advise your weight selection, will supervise and correct your technique, will spot you when needed, and modify your exercises as needed.
WHEN ARE SPT SESSIONS AVAILABLE?
Morning sessions are available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday at Field & Function.
Afternoon / Evening sessions are available Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday
SPT INTRODUCTORY OFFERS
- Take the functional basics course by attending 2 x 45 minute sessions for $80. These sessions are held on Monday & Wednesday night at 6.30pm on a fortnightly basis. Your trainer will coach you through a range of functional exercises to familiarise you to our space and style and prepare you to join SPT sessions.
- Trial SPT by sampling 3 x SPT sessions for $90 as part of our SPT Intro Offer.
