A Personal Training session is traditionally a one-on-one session with specialized attention and an independently planned program with your needs and goals at the forefront. Personal Training at Field & Function is available as 30 or 45 minute sessions in a 1:1 or 2:1 format. A PT session by nature is all about helping you achieve your goals by programming sessions that enable you to push outside of your comfort zone.

MONDAY TO THURSDAY: 5.30AM – 8PM
FRIDAY: 5.30AM – 6PM
SATURDAY: 7AM – 11.00AM
3 x 30 minute PT sessions
THE 3 X 30 MINUTE OPTION IS RECOMMENDED IF YOU ARE NEW TO TRAINING. WE WILL BUILD YOU UP GRADUALLY SO THAT YOU CAN MAKE THE MOST OF YOUR STARTER PACK.
2 x 45 minute sessions
THE 2 X 45 MINUTE OPTION IS IDEAL IF YOU’VE ALREADY BEEN TRAINING FOR SOME TIME AND & KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOU WANT TO ACHIEVE WITH YOUR PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS.
