A Personal Training session is traditionally a one-on-one session with specialized attention and an independently planned program with your needs and goals at the forefront. Personal Training at Field & Function is available as 30 or 45 minute sessions in a 1:1 or 2:1 format. A PT session by nature is all about helping you achieve your goals with great technique and form.

INTRODUCTORY OFFERS

3 x 30 minute PT sessions

The 3 x 30 minute option is recommended If you are particularly new to training and we will work on building up your stamina gradually so that you can make the most of your time in the starter pack.

2 x 45 minute sessions

The 2 x 45 minute option is ideal for anyone who has already been training for some time & knows what they want to achieve with their Personal Training sessions.
