OUR BUSHFIRE PLEDGE: THIS FEBRUARY WE WILL BE DONATING $1 FROM EVERY GROUP TRAINING VISIT TO WIRES, THE CFA AND FRRR.
A Personal Training session is traditionally a one-on-one session with specialized attention and an independently planned program with your needs and goals at the forefront. Personal Training at Field & Function is available as 30 or 45 minute sessions in a 1:1 or 2:1 format. Your sessions should challenge you to push further than you would if you were training on your own in a traditional gym setting.
We also have a dedicated Personal Training zone with no more than 3 trainers sharing that space and best of all they understand how to work around each other to make efficient use of the space and equipment. Your trainer isn’t sharing space or equipment with unsupervised gym users who might sit/rest on equipment which happens often in larger “big box” gyms.

3 x 30 minute PT sessions
THE 3 X 30 MINUTE OPTION IS RECOMMENDED IF YOU ARE NEW TO TRAINING. WE WILL BUILD YOU UP GRADUALLY SO THAT YOU CAN MAKE THE MOST OF YOUR STARTER PACK.
2 x 45 minute sessions
THE 2 X 45 MINUTE OPTION IS IDEAL IF YOU’VE ALREADY BEEN TRAINING FOR SOME TIME AND & KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOU WANT TO ACHIEVE WITH YOUR PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS.
