SEMI PRIVATE TRAINING

Semi Private Training sessions are modelled from a traditional 45 minute Personal Training session at Field & Function. SPT makes training both more affordable and flexible. 3 clients will train under the supervision and guidance of one trainer. SPT Sessions are planned and programmed with the purpose of progressing your strength and advancing your fitness.

Your trainer will guide you and advise your weight selection, they will supervise and correct your technique, they will spot you when needed, and will help modify your exercises as required.

Yes we can still offer Personal Training outside of peak hours and pending trainer availability.

Morning sessions are available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday at Field & Function.

Afternoon / Evening sessions are available Monday & Wednesday
