Lino has been involved the fitness industry since 2006. He recently sold his group outdoor and personal training business which he ran for 12 years at Princes Park. He gets a blast out of helping people, and loves how people that were once complete strangers come together to train and support each other during sessions. Lino has a holistic approach to training with a strong focus on technique and has a passion for helping people making technique improvements so they can become better athletes.

IF YOU WERE A PIECE OF EQUIPMENT, WHAT WOULD YOU BE AND WHY?
Tough choice but I’d have to say a set of Dumbbells because, like me they are versatile so you can do just about anything with them, even rehab.
