Chris is a strength & conditioning specialist at Field & Function and our official handyman because he loves getting the toolbox and and safety goggles on. In his junior years, Chris explored a wide range of sports including swimming, trail running, mountain biking, soccer, triathlons & crossfit. As a coach, Chris is extremely patient and has a knack for getting the most out of people and their training.
