Our programs are carefully curated and designed to provide the experience of targeted strength and high-performance conditioning in a relaxed and fun group training atmosphere. It’s a training method that is proven to achieve results, help you better understand your body while also feeling socially connected.

THE PERSONAL TRAINING EXPERIENCE
SEMI PRIVATE TRAINING
SPT is a 45 Minute Training Session with a capacity of 3 clients working under the guidance of 1 trainer.
SPT Operates on Monday, Wednesday & Friday
The Program includes a mobility and activation based warm up with a 20-25 minute strength training block and a conditioning based finisher to round out your session.
FUNCTIONAL | MONDAY WEDNESDAY FRIDAY
Experience dynamic cardio inspired workouts designed to boost your fitness capabilities. Functional sessions operate on Monday, Wednesday & Friday. We cycle through a mix of endurance, high intensity and challenge based sessions to provide you with a varied program within a structured routine.
STRONG | SUNDAY TUESDAY THURSDAY
You’ll see cardio machines pushed to the side and barbells and plates out on the group training floor. A mixture of strength training using, barbells, sleds, landmines, squat racks, benches as well as the regular functional equipment such as dead balls, dumb bells and kettlebells.
SWEAT | EQUAL PARTS STRENGTH:CARDIO
A special 50-55 minute workout on Saturday morning with strength and conditioning blocks to give you the best of both worlds in one sweaty session.
BOXING | TUESDAY THURSDAY SATURDAY
You can expect a mixture of basic and technical boxing combos as well as a short fitness based finisher to round out your workout. Newcomers are welcome and we’ll coach you through the basics.
SEMI PRIVATE TRAINING
Semi Private Training sessions are modelled of a regular 45 minute Personal Training session at Field & Function. In our dedicated PT zone 3 clients will train under the supervision and guidance of a Personal Trainer. SPT sessions are planned and programmed by our Head Coach with the purpose of progressing your strength and fitness.
The SPT model makes your training more affordable, enabling you to train more frequently or save a few dollars. The best bit, if you are a person with constantly varied work hours, you can change your sessions from week to week rather than book a set day and time every week.
FUNCTIONAL BASICS $90
Attend 2 x 45 minute sessions to learn the basics to prepare you for Group Training. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to organise a time to complete your sessions.
14 DAYS UNLIMITED $40
Experience 14 days of unlimited Group Training at Field & Function. Access includes Functional, Strong, Boxing and Sweat sessions.
