Linda began her career in fitness industry in 2002 and over the years has worked at various gyms as a group fitness instructor (teaching Les Mills classes), personal trainer and as a group fitness coordinator. In 2008 Linda began coaching bootcamps and PT sessions in Richmond and in 2014 moved indoors to Abbotsford. Linda misses not being able to see the sunrise but enjoys not having to drag equipment out of the car boot every morning.
