During lockdown 2.0 we will be serving up a mix of 45 minute Functional and High Intensity bodyweight sessions coached live 6 days a week. These sessions will also be recorded so you can train any time of the day that suits you.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
The sessions are a mix of Functional and High Intensity designed to work with just your body weight. If you have things like dumb bells, medicine balls or kettle bells at home you can simply add weight to any of the moves in the sessions.
Our trainers are equiped to also offer Personal Training via zoom for those who wish to continue to train from home with their own equipment.
