Willem began his PT career after having served in the marine corps for three years back in 2016. During his time studying the human body he found his passion for coaching individuals via PT.
Willem has been involved in Judo, kickboxing and jiu jitsu for over 10 years and still practices to this day. He uses his theoretical background to program workouts that will help you perform better on every aspect in your daily life via cardio, strength training, flow movements and carry sessions.

I would be a sandbag because a sandbag adapts and moves.
It creates strength and stability in those handling it and is very versatile.
