Esther has recently moved from Auckland, New Zealand to Melbourne to focus on Athletics and in particular the notoriously difficult 800m and 1500m distances. Esther has represented New Zealand and hopes to do so again.

Esther has worked as a coach for Nike Training Club, head coach for adidas runners Auckland and as a gym instructor at Les Mills New Zealand. Esther combines her face to face coaching at Field & Function with online programming for runners who are seeking to improve their running speed and efficiency. By the way, does anyone  know how long Esther has to live in Australia until we can claim her as ours?

A medicine ball – you can do so much with a medicine ball for core and stability and they have a lot of energy return, like myself.
