Esther is an energetic Personal Trainer who has recently moved to Melbourne to focus on her athletics and in particular the 800m and 1500m distances.
In Auckland Esther has worked as a coach for Nike Training Club, head coach for adidas runners and Les Mills Gyms. Esther combines her face to face coaching at Field & Function with online programming for runners who are seeking to improve their speed and efficiency.
