Linda was always drawn to sports and played competitive tennis growing up but didn't necessarily anticipate working in the fitness industry as a career, probably out of a desire not to be stereotyped. As it turned out Linda deferred out of a business degree, accepted fate and started working in the fitness industry back in 2002. Linda has worked as a Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Manager & has spent some time in the Corporate Health sector. Linda felt the time was right in 2014 to open up a training facility that caters to the ever growing demand for strength and conditioning in a functional training facility and here we are...
