Chris is our official handyman but more importantly is a strength & conditioning specialist. Chris grew up in Canberra which meant he had to create his own fun and did so by exploring the great outdoors. Chris did triathlons until he discovered CrossFit in the garage of a mates place and is now a very accomplished strength and conditioning coach. Chris is extremely patient and has a knack for getting the most out of people and their training. In 2012 traded in the glamour of working in television to join the fitness industry as a full time coach.
